How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Actual shipping time depends on the shipping method selected. Royal Mail service normally takes 1 to 6 business days depending on the ship to location. Therefore, it can take 2 to 8 business days for you to receive your order (this is a combination of up to six (6) days transit time and 1 to 2 days in our distribution facility).

How can I return or exchange an item?

All goods are supplied with manufacturers 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. Any issues can be overcome by speaking to the manufacturer directly or contacting Bebbgee Systems
In the unlikely event the goods you receive are faulty or damaged, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to inform us. Please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number on +44 (0)1524 581555. Then return the product to us using a traceable and insurable carrier (such as UPS). Items must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging. We will replace or exchange your purchase at your request. Mail to:
